📝 The Sheikh’s Question

An oral exam like a sheikh gives… and the teacher grades it

🎯 How does the exam work?

  1. Pick the surahs the exam covers and the number of questions.
  2. Each question appears on its own: next ayah, previous ayah, or the sheikh recites, stops, and the student carries on.
  3. The student answers out loud, and you can reveal the answer to check it.
  4. Grade each answer (right / with help / wrong); at the end you get the score and the places that need review.

The exam is for teachers

The teacher grades every answer, so you need to log in with a teacher account.

📝 Oral exam

The Sheikh’s Question… just like in the halaqa

In the halaqa, a sheikh doesn’t ask the student to “pick the right answer” — he opens anywhere and says carry on. This exam does exactly that: random questions from the surahs you choose, answered from memory, out loud.

🎲

Random questions

Next ayah, previous ayah, carry on after the sheikh, and the start and end of surahs — every exam is different.

👨‍🏫

The teacher grades

Right, with help, or wrong — and you can reveal the answer and hear it in the sheikh’s voice before grading.

📊

A score and a review list

At the end you get the score and the places the student stumbled, saved on their performance page.

Once they’ve memorized… examine them

Use the memorization games for memorizing and repetition, and keep The Sheikh’s Question for weekly or monthly review.
