What are the four stop signs?
Four small signs placed above some words to guide you on when to stop and when to keep reading.
ۘ Necessary stop
You must stop here; continuing could change the intended meaning.
ۗ Stopping is preferred
Stopping here is better than continuing, but continuing is allowed.
ۚ Permitted stop
Stopping and continuing are both allowed here, with neither preferred.
ۖ Continuing is preferred
Continuing here is better than stopping, but stopping is allowed.
